Depression

First thing you need to do is let it out, cry if you have to, almost anything you need to do to help and I said almost because someone will cut their self. Second, what is making you depressed? Why is it bothering you? Now, what do you think is the first step? If you can’t leave the situation or rather live in it everyday then stop thinking about when you are going to leave the situation. I’m sure you are going to live until you are at least 80 and more. A plant can’t only grow if their is only sunlight there must be some rain.

Is there someone you can go to about your problems? Don’t forget that once you are alive and live to see other day there is still hope and a chance that your life can turn around. Some of you are probably thinking that this pain will never end and you will be depressed forever but that decision is all on you. One small habit everyday to help your mental health can someday change your life. What you listen and watch everyday effects you even if you think it doesn’t, make notes of everything you do even things you tell yourself. You are going to come out of the depression state once you believe you can, if you don’t believe you can do anything, then you can’t do anything. Ever wonder how your life would be after you are not depressed anymore? Let that be your motivation and take your time there is nothing to rush, your life move at your own pace and don’t let anybody think they can rush you. I challenge you to tell yourself 5 nice things about yourself in the morning in front the mirror for a week and see if there is any good reaction from doing it for a week. This will help build self confidence which can help you believe there is a way out of your depression.

Take some steps back, reflect and ask yourself what do I want to achieve after I’m not depressed anymore. It only had one time I was really depressed and I thought I was never going to get over her and I was constantly posting dark anime quotes. Then something slapped me I’m here depressed about this girl while she is most likely smiling and happy with another boy and on top of that I got goals to achieve and life is so much more than that one girl and slowing and surely I got over her and I’m passed that situation, it took me about 9 months to completely get over her but I’m better than who I was, I learned what I had to from it and apply it. Do not take too much time on one situation life will never stop for you remember that.

Now let’s be serious, treat yourself as good as you want to be treated by others, you can’t wait for somebody to treat you nice. Have reminder notes on your phone or your house where you can see it for example “Don’t forget you are special”, you can have this as your wallpaper or write it on paper and stick it somewhere you will see it everyday. Take as much time as you could just for yourself something you want to do that will make you smile. Hype yourself up with music, pictures of things you want in your future. Spend less time with your friends and more time on yourself if you really think it is necessary. Let your thoughts flow like water and accept it, saying it out loud is good too but people will think you’re crazy. Do not pull people down with you, I don’t know why people do this thinking it will make them better but it’s selfish if you know how it feels why would want somebody else feel that pain too. Everything is a chain reaction and that’s why this generation is the way it is now.

We would get hurt once or twice and then be like, I going and share this pain with somebody and make them hurt as much as I did by using them or taking advantage of them. When you’re done with that individual you would do it to another and another and those victims would do what you did and that’s where the chain reaction of negativity grows. If you are doing this you have no right to say that there aren’t no good people in the world if you are the cause for growing negativity.
